Detailed Description: Broan Nu-Tone Cold weather thermostat allows connecting to ventilator easily for applications where cold weather operation doesn't need. It disables the motor below 50 deg C for climates where cold-weather condensation isn't a concern and extends motor life. It is designed to accommodate Broan 28-Watts solar powered Attic ventilators. Thermostat is UL listed.
