It features steel strap with brass triple-wipe line contacts and has thermoplastic nylon face/body. Receptacle has a voltage rating of 250 Volts, current rating of 20 Amps and withstands 2000 Volts of dielectric voltage. It features 6 - 20R configuration and limits full rated current. The 1-Phase receptacle has three wires and offers temperature raise of 30 deg C after 250 cycles overload at 200% rated current. It has an operating temperature of -40 to 60 deg C and is wall mountable.

Receptacle incorporates 10 - 32 brass terminal screws and has 8 - 32 grounding screws. Receptacle has zinc-plated steel clamp nuts with brass-plated ground clips.
