It has cutters and strippers in front of the pivot for maximum ease-of-use. It has narrow serrated pliers nose to pull, loop and bend the wire. It shears bolts cleanly and cut to sizes of 4 - 40 TPI, 5 - 40 TPI, 6 - 32 TPI, 8 - 32 TPI, 10 - 24 TPI and 10 - 32 TPI. It has overall length of 8-1/4 inches and comes with plastic-covered cushioned handles for comfort use.
