It includes a pre-wired external connection box for ease of use. Switch is designed to work with 8 - 17 kilo-Watt air-cooled generators. It has a rugged steel NEMA-1 enclosure for added durability and makes it ideal for indoor use. It is great for backing up emergency circuits tied into the generator and measures 12.600 Inch x 3.800 Inch x 26.400 Inch. Switch features conduits that are each pre-wired for installation ease. It comes with a 30 ft pre-wired conduit that connects transfer switch to external box and a 2 ft pre-wired conduit for moving circuits from the main panel to the transfer switch.
