Detailed Description: Cooper Lighting Halo® 3-Inch Air-tite™ Recessed housing is used in insulated ceilings that can be covered with insulation. Housing is rated for double wall aluminum construction and adjusts in plaster frame to accommodate up to 1-1/2 Inch thickness ceiling. Galvanized steel construction plaster frame include regressed locking screw for securing hanger bars and cutouts for easy crimping of hanger bars in position.

SLIDE-N-SIDE Junction box has four 1/2-Inch trade size conduit knockouts with true pry-out slots that are positioned to accommodate straight conduit runs. It has wire straps that allow non-metallic sheathed cable to be installed without tools and without removing knockouts. Wiring connections can also make on the outside of the junction box. Junction box accepts a wide range of non-metallic sheathed cable.

Housing features GOT-NAIL™ Bar hangers with pre-installed nails for easy installation. It features automatic leveling flange that aligns the housing to make installation easier. Pass-n-Through feature allows bar hangers to be shortened without removing from plaster frame. Bar hangers may be repositioned to 90 deg. It includes integrated T-bar clips that snap onto T-bars eliminating the need for additional clips. Housing features a integral transformer that steps 120 Volts line voltage down to 12 Volts lamp operating voltage. It measures 12-3/4 Inch x 9-1/8 Inch x 7-1/2 Inch. Air-tite housing is UL/cUL listed.
