Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D 3-Pole Double throw safety switch employs quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism for positive operation. Switch is designed for switching one load between two power sources. It is ideal for mining and mineral, manufacturing, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, educational campuses, water wastewater and healthcare facilities applications. It measures 11.800 Inch x 38 Inch x 6.600 Inch. It has voltage rating of 600 VAC/VDC and current rating of 30 Amps. It accepts copper wire of size 14 - 2 AWG and aluminum wire of size 12 - 2 AWG. Safety switch has modular-design switch handle, lock-plate and switch mechanism to provide better performance. Fusible switch features side-opening door and can be padlocked ON or OFF for convenience. It comes with dual cover interlock for safety. The lock-off accommodates up to three padlocks. Switch has galvannealed steel NEMA 3R enclosure for protection. It is surface mountable to allow ease of installation. Safety switch is UL listed.
