Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D Altivar 71 Constant torque variable speed AC drive is used to operate 200 hp power-rated asynchronous motor with supply voltage rating of 380 - 480 Volts at supply frequency range of 50/60 Hz. It has line current rating of 192 Amps at 480 Volts and 239 Amps at 480 Volts. It is rated at 259 Amps and 400/480 VAC. It has a power rating of 200 hp. The 3-Phase AC drive uses sensor/sensorless flux vector type controls for adjusting AC motor speed and torque. It has a control voltage of 24 VDC. It is used to drive complex high power machines. It measures 13.390 Inch x 46.620 Inch. Drive is provided with heat sink to use in normal environment and ventilated enclosure. Modbus and CANopen protocol standards are integrated into the drive controller for connecting industrial network. Modbus based module transmits data at a rate of 4.8 - 19.2 kbps and CANopen based module transmits data at rate of 20 kbps - 1 Mbps.

Driver has apparent power rating of 157.3 kVA for 380 Volts. It has nominal output current rating of 259 Amps at 380/460 Volts and maximum transient current rating of 427 Amps for about 2 seconds, 388 Amps for about 60 seconds. Nominal switching frequency of drive is 2.5 kHz and output frequency rating is 0 - 500 Hz. It has variable speed levels with +/- 10% accuracy for adjusting motor rotation. Red color LED is provided to signal drive operation and has a frame size of 11. Driver has 0.6 Nm - 24 Nm tightening torque terminals for accommodating 14 AWG conductors. Internal circuits of drive have supply voltage rating of 24 VDC with overload/short-circuit protection for safer operation.

AC Drive has adjustable PI regulator to control speed range for asynchronous motor from 1 - 100 in open loop mode. The 2-Wire drive features one RJ45 connector at Modbus front face, one RJ45 connector at Modbus on terminal and Male SUB-D 9 on RJ45 connector for CANopen. It has vibration resistant of 0.6 GN, shock resistance of 7 GN and noise levels of 66 dB for consistent and reliable operation. Driver has operating temperature rating of -10 to 50 deg C, storage temperature rating of -25 to 70 deg C and works within 5 - 95% relative humidity environment. It is splashing liquid mounted. It can withstand a temperature range of 50 deg C. AC drive is UL listed, CSA/CE certified, ABS/DNV/GOST/WEEE/C-Tick/NOM 117 approved and RoHS compliant.
