Detailed Description: Phoenix contact Surge protection plug in black color provides protection against high voltage by automatically grounding four conductors of single circuit. Plug operates at a nominal voltage of 24 VDC and nominal current of 450 milli-Amps at 45 deg C. It works at ambient temperature of -40 to 85 deg C. It uses maximum continuous operating voltage and wire-wire continuous voltage of 28 VDC and wire-ground continuous voltage of 28 VDC. Plug makes use of effective operating current of less than or equal to 5 micro-Amps and residual current of less than or equal to 1 micro-Amp. It has core-core nominal discharge current of 10 kilo-Amps and core-earth nominal discharge current of 10 kilo-Amps. It has a strip length of 8 mm. It has total surge current of 20 kilo-Amps.
