Detailed Description: NSI Tork® 7000 Series Mechanical timer switch is made of durable steel with NEMA 1 metal indoor enclosure and has a beige enamel finish. It has combination knockouts of 1/2-Inch and 3/4-Inch at the sides, bottom and back. It has removable cover for easy accessibility for wiring and setting. It is a heavy-duty switch with one pair of ON/OFF trippers and can accommodate up to 12 pairs of trippers. It can have maximum of two operations with minimum OFF time of 75 minutes and ON time of 20 minutes. It includes two circuits with a 24 hours operation on alternative days and has a double pole single throw switch.

Switch is 1-Phase with a rated voltage of 120 Volts at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and consumes a maximum power of 3 Watts. It has a current rating of 40 Amps for general-purpose, resistive and tungsten loads and 20 Amps for inductive loads at an operating temperature of -45 to 74 deg C. The timer has a power rating of 1000 VA for pilot duty at a rated voltage of 120 - 277 Volts and 2 hp at 120 Volts.

Switch has an automatic ON/OFF control system that is ideal for applications when operation is required at the same interval of time regularly. The timer can be easily converted into an Astronomic timer with the addition of the astronomic dial assembly. It has a terminal wire range of 8 - 14 AWG. Switch meets UL, CSA standards.
