Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D Pumptrol® Non-adjustable differential pressure switch is used to control air in small electrically driven air compressors. It has a 9013FH pressure sensor of size 100 psi that switches OFF at 80 psi. Switch has rugged polypropylene cover for added durability. It has a nitrile diaphragm pressure actuator that operates from any position. It regulates between two thresholds. The four-terminal block switch comes with 5.261 Sq.mm and 10 AWG screw-clamp terminals for electrical connection. Switch has an adjustable rising pressure range of 40 - 100 psi at 20 psi approximate adjustable differential.

Switch with two NC, Form YY, DPST-DB, snap-action contact type for high conductivity. It provides cable entry through two 0.88-Inch cable entries with 0.84-Inch across flats. It has a fixed differential scale type for internal settings and a 0.25-Inch NPSF internal fluid connection type. Switch is compatible with 3-Phase motors rated at 0.75 kilo-Watt at 575/460 VAC, 3-Phase motors rated at 2.2 kilo-Watts at 230 VAC, 3-Phase motors rated at 1.5 kilo-Watts at 115 VAC, 1-Phase motors rated at 1.1 kilo-Watts at 115 VAC and 1-Phase motors rated at 1.5 kilo-Watts at 230 VAC.

Switch operates at a rate of 10 cycles/minute and provides electrical durability of 100000 cycles at 10 cycles/minute with mechanical durability of 300000 cycles. It measures 2.8 Inch x 3.76 Inch x 2.78 Inch. It is included with a type gG, 20-Amp cartridge fuse for short circuit protection. Switch has a destruction pressure of 220 psi and gives a repeat accuracy of +/-3%. It operates and allows to store at a temperature of -33 to 257 degree Fahrenheit. Suitable for pressure control or monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural/irrigation water systems, molding presses, injection molders, grinding machines, machining centers, complex and special machines. Switch is NEMA 1 and IP20 rated for use in hazardous locations. Switch is UL listed, CSA certified and meets CE/IEC standards.
