Detailed Description: Ferraz Shawmut Amp-Trap 2000® A6D Series Time delay fuse operates at a current rating of 60 Amps and voltage rating of 600 VAC/VDC. It has an interrupt rating of 200/300 kilo-Amps at 600 VAC and 100 kilo-Amps at 600 VDC. Fuse comes in fiberglass body construction offers dimensional stability in harsh industrial settings and has solid state SmartSpot indicator. It features time delay for motor start-ups and transformer inrush currents without nuisance opening. It measures 1.0625 Inch x 5.500 Inch and features current-limiting for low peak let-thru current.

Fuse features rejection-style design that prevents replacement errors. It has high-visibility orange label that gives instant recognition quick recognition. It is designed for motor circuits, mains, feeders, branch circuits, transformers, service entrance equipment and general-purpose equipment. Fuse is UL listed and CE/CSA certified.

Catalog Description Amp-Trap 2000 SmartSpot time-delay A6D-R fuses provide IEC Type 2 "no damage" protection to existing mains, feeders, and branch circuits serving motor and non-motor loads. A6D-R fuses will open fast enough under extreme fault conditions for maximum short circuit protection to prevent damage to motor starters, switches, and other circuit components, yet also provide the time-delay needed for motor in-rush currents. A6D-R fuses can be used to replace 600V Class H, K or RK5 fuses already installed in the field. 600 Volts 60 amps.
