Detailed Description: Lutron Maestro® XCT™ 1-Pole Occupancy/vacancy sensor switch in white color has an advanced XCT/dual technology with fine sensing motions that automatically turns ON and OFF depending on the room occupancy. It has an ambient light detection feature for daylight sensibility that automatically turns lights ON when there is no ample daylight. It provides a major coverage range of 900 sq.ft/minor coverage range of 400 sq.ft. It is rated at 120 - 277 Volts. It operates at 0 - 90% non-condensing humidity/0 to 40 deg C temperature.

Sensor is suitable only for indoor usage and works with 6 Amps lighting/4.4 Amps fan load. It has a slender low profile and is a perfect combination of style as well as functionality. Sensor has an adjustable timeout options and a convenient high/low sensitivity adjustment. It can also be used with companion switches for multi-location switching. It does not require neutral wire connection.

Special Features Applies Lutron's exclusive XCT Technology (Dual Tech) to the ultrasonic as well as the passive infrared technology in this sensor to create a product that can detect very fine motion, such as typing. Includes all of the great features found in the rest of the Maestro sensor family, including: adaptive relay switching, smart ambient light detection, and simple button presses for changing settings. XCT technology for major, minor, fine, and very fine motion detection. 180 degree field-of-view. Tamper-resistant PIR lens. Up to 900 ft2 (81 m2) major motion coverage and 400 ft2 (36 m2) minor motion coverage. Two ambient light detect (ALD) options: Learning ALD mode: uses adaptive algorithm. Sensor learns user's preferred light level over time. Fixed ALD mode: four selectable light level thresholds: Hi, Med, Low, Min. Can be set to auto-on/auto-off or manual-on/auto-off per circuit. Adjustable timeout for each circuit (1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes). Sensitivity adjustment: PIR (Hi, Med, Min), ultrasonic (Hi, Med, Low, Off). Switches all lighting loads: incandescent, halogen, ELV, MLV, CFL, LED, magnetic fluorescent, electronic fluorescent. Switches fan loads at 120 V. Works with Maestro accessory switches in multi-location applications. Requires neutral wiring.
