Detailed Description:
Leviton RF Self-powered passive infrared occupancy sensor features inbuilt solar cells that draw power from the ambient light available. Sensor operates up to 48 hours continuously with stored power in 450 sq.ft coverage area, without requiring batteries. It is enabled by EnOcean and LevNet RF technology and is provided with an advanced passive infrared element for enhanced motion detection in parallel/perpendicular motion. It has multi-zone optical lens and Fresnel lens for maximum sensitivity and performance.
Sensor has configurable zones to block unwanted outside hallway traffic. It is easy to install and offers flexible placement with no additional wiring and mounting complexity, when compared to traditional sensors. It is suited only for indoor applications. It operates at 32 to 104 deg F temperature/0 to 95% relative humidity. Batteries can be used for the applications where ambient light is not available. Sensor meets CEC/FCC standards.
