Leviton Black & White® 2-Pole, 3-Wire Polarized grounding straight blade plug in black/white color features super tough nylon body, wire module, cord-clamp and clamp insert that resists impact. It has corrosion resistant thermoplastic back cover, durable brass blade/contacts/terminal screws and zinc-plated steel assembly screws. It is HB/UL94 flammability rated to withstand hazardous environmental conditions.
Plug has ergonomically designed fluted body with radial gripping ridge that creates a perfect surface for gripping and pulling. It measures 1.410 Inch x 1.300 Inch x 2.090 Inch. It features internal wiring chambers that isolate individual conductors to prevent flashover, arcing and excessive heat build-up. Transparent wiring chamber enables visual inspection of conductors and terminals. Catalogue and NEMA numbers are printed on cord clamp for convenient identification.
Plug has current rating of 15 Amps and voltage rating of 125 Volts. It has an operating temperature of -40 to 60 deg C. It can withstand maximum temperature rise of 30 deg C after 250 cycles OL at 200% rated current and dielectric voltage of 2000 Volts. Current interrupts when it is fully rated. It has brass-hot, green-ground and silver-neutral terminals with terminal accommodation of 18 - 10 AWG and a cord range of 0.245 - 0.700 Inch. It is NEMA 5-15P configured. Plug meets NEMA/ANSI/UL/NOM/CSA standards.
