It has a current rating of 20 Amps, voltage rating of 120/277 Volts and power rating of 1 hp at 120 Volts, 2 hp at 240 - 277 Volts. This extra Heavy-duty switch accommodates 14 - 10 AWG back wire and 14-12 AWG side wire. The two large silver cadmium-oxide contacts prevent sticking, welding and excessive pitting. The switch has anti-corrosive 0.048-Inch thick galvanized steel strap. This wire lead switch features fully enclosed switch mechanism in rugged housing for strength, track and arc resistance. The self-automatic grounding switch features one-piece arm made of heavy gauge copper alloy for top performance. It withstands a temperature rating of -40 to 65 degree Celsius.
