Pliers feature twists/cuts soft annealed rebar tie wire with hook bend plastic handle and have combination polished with black-oxide finish. They have spring-loaded action for self-opening. Pliers cut ACSR, screws, nails, most hardened wire and exhibit a hot riveted joint for smooth action. Rivet is closer to the cutting edge for 46% greater cutting and that offers gripping power than other pliers design.
