Detailed Description: Ilsco Split bolt connector measures 1.00 Inch x 1.92 Inch is made of heat treated aluminum alloy with electro plated tin for high strength and low contact resistance. It is dual rated for copper and aluminum conductors that provides maximum conductivity and strength. Connector with triangular edge bite into the conductor to break through surface oxides which eliminates wire brushing. It is used with spacer bar to detach dissimilar metals which prevents galvanic corrosion. Hex head used with standard wrenches ease installation. It is designed to accommodate 1/0 - 2 AWG stranded compact run, 1/0 - 8 AWG stranded tap conductor size. It has a voltage rating of 2000 Volts. Connector is UL listed, CSA certified.
