Detailed Description: Ideal Wing-Nut® 452® Wire connector in red color is made of tough and flame-retardant thermoplastic shell. It measures 15/16 Inch x 1-15/64 Inch. It accepts two 18 AWG, four 10 AWG and 18 - 8 AWG stranded copper conductors. It has a maximum voltage rating of 600 Volts and temperature rating of 105 deg C. Connector features specially designed contour wings to provide a secure grip for extra leverage. It has live action spring that expands to accept wire shape and size without any pre twisting as well as a square-wire spring that thread directly onto conductors for fast, secure connections. Connector has a deep skirt that protects against flash-over and turned-back strands. It is ideal for insulating/joining two or more conductors. Connector is UL listed and CSA certified.
