Detailed Description: Hubbell Electrical / Burndy Irreversible compression ground tap connector is made of high conductivity copper for durability. Figure 6-shaped connector can be used as a tap connector for both continuous run and tapping applications. It is ideal for direct burial in earth and concrete. It is prefilled with penetrox E oxide Inhibitor and is strip sealed to keep contact surfaces clean. It is compatible with tap and stranded run conductor of range 6 - 2 AWG. It is designed to fit solid tap and run conductor of size 6 AWG. Connector is UL/CSA listed and RoHS compliant.
