Detailed Description: Appleton Powertite® 4-Pole 3-Wire Receptacle is made of epoxy powder-coated cooper-free aluminum to ensure strength and added durability. It features rough usage construction, clamp cover and solder wire terminal connection for added convenience. Polarized receptacle is designed to supply power to portable/fixed electrical equipment and is great for AP40034E plug. Rain tight receptacle has a voltage rating of 600 VAC at a frequency of 50 - 400 Hz and 250 VDC. It is suitable for use in locations where a weatherproof enclosure is needed and comes in grounding style 2. The 3-Phase receptacle has a current rating of 400 Amps, temperature rating ranging -40 to 107 deg C and wire recess diameter of 0.84 inches. It is perfect for use on shipping docks, ports and other ship to shore applications. Its contact is made of copper for high conductivity and added durability. Water resistant receptacle is ideal for motor generator units, welders, pumps and similar apparatus. It has non-metallic plug option and hub size of 4 inches. Receptacle is UL listed, CSA certified and meets NEMA standard.
