Detailed Description:
Appleton Powertite® 3-Pole 3-Wire Pin and sleeve clamp ring plug is made of epoxy powder-coated copper free aluminum to get corrosion resistance. It supplies power to fixed electrical equipment such as motor generator units/welders/pumps/compressors and cellular relay stations. Grounding style-1 plug comes with a weatherproof enclosure for rough usage. It is used for shipping docks/ports and other ship to shore applications. Polarized plug has a clamping ring that can be tightened on to the receptacle for easy installation. It measures 2.470 Inch diameter x 10.500 Inch x 4 Inch.
The 3-Phase plug accommodates a wire size of 4 - 1 AWG/4 - 2 AWG. It operates at a temperature of -40 to 107 deg C. Plug has a current rating of 100 Amps. It has locking screw and slot to prevent plug of cable collar from backing off. Service Inlet plug has copper contact material for high thermal and electrical conductivity.
Plug has wire recess diameter of 0.391 Inch. It has a voltage rating of 600 VAC at frequency 50 - 400 Hz, 250 VDC. Plug has a cable outer diameter of 0.875 to 1.906 Inch. It has pressure wire terminal connection. Plug is UL/CSA/NEMA certified.
